The Culinary Assistant assists with assembly and delivery of patient trays, serves as a line worker or cashier in cafeteria serving line, and dishwashing, pot and pan washing duties. Performs some food preparation procedures including assembly of cold food items for patients, making of wraps and sandwiches for cafeteria. This position will have responsibilities of putting away stock. The Culinary Assistant will also perform basic diet office procedures and use the computer terminal.
