About
Dr. Ahmed cares for patients with all types of blood disorders and cancer. He believes that fighting cancer is one of the most significant challenges many patients will ever face and being able to support them, and their families through that journey, hopefully toward a cure, is the most meaningful part of his work.
Dr. Ahmed completed Medical School at King Edward Medical college in Pakistan where he developed a strong foundation in medical knowledge. He then completed his residency at the Internal Medicine Bridgeport Hospital, through the Yale University School of Medicine, and Fellowship of Hematology and Oncology, with Brown University School of Medicine. Dr. Ahmed’s academic background and medical care experience allow him to excel in his role and provide a high-quality service to his patients.
