For the eighth consecutive year, Wabash General Hospital has been named as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois and ranked 3rd in the large category (500+ employees)!
WGH Director of Human Resources, Megan Prosise, stated “Being recognized again as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois, and placing 3rd in the large employer category is something we’re very proud of. This recognition, based on employee feedback, reflects the culture we are committed to building every day, one where people feel respected, supported, and proud to be part of our organization. It is especially meaningful as we celebrate our 75th year of providing high-quality care, as it is a reflection of our employees and the care they show to one another and the communities we serve.”
The awards program began in 2006 and is promoted by the Daily Herald Suburban Business. This statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor Illinois’ best places of employment, benefitting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses.
