Dr. Sigler is a third-generation chiropractor with a deep commitment to patient care and community wellness. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University’s College of Chiropractic in St. Louis. After graduation, he began his career in Peoria as an associate doctor before returning to Mt. Carmel to establish his own practice. He later expanded his professional experience in Houston, Texas. In 2025, Dr. Sigler returned to his hometown and joined Wabash General, driven by a desire to give back to the community that shaped him.

Dr. Sigler was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain everything very thoroughly and, most importantly, explained the "why" behind what I was experiencing and his recommendations. I never felt rushed, and I left the appointment with a much better understanding of what was going on. He also gave me specific exercises I can do at home, which I really appreciated. Dr Sigler is a great provider who listens to you thoroughly and explains everything so well. I always feel great after leaving his office and knowing how to do exercises at home to help!
