About
Leann is a dedicated psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with intensive background caring for patients of all ages. She gained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Chamberlain College of Nursing and went on to complete her psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner certification at Walden University. Leann, she holds both Illinois and Indiana Registered Nursing licenses. Prior to joining Wabash Community Health Center, she worked at Wabash General Hospital as Director of Physician Services/Assistant Director of Physician Services. Leann is a member of the Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing (ILSAPN) and American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
