Patient Relations

We are thankful that you selected Wabash General Hospital for your health care needs. Should you or your family have a compliment, question or concern about your experience at Wabash General, we would like to hear from you.

Patients and families are encouraged to address concerns with their nurse, the department or unit manager, or their doctor. You may also speak to a patient relations representative to resolve matters important to you.

After your hospital stay, you may receive a survey in the mail asking about your experiences during your stay or visit. Your responses help us understand how we can better serve our patients and families.
